***** Payment and Permissions for Excursions/Incursions Term 4*******

Invoices and Consent Requests for Term 4 Year Level activities will be sent to parents a little earlier this term - they will be coming home in the last Week of Term 3.

• 2026 Resource Scheme information and invoices will be sent out later in Term 4.
• An invoice will be sent for each activity (via QParents and email)                                          Invoices will load in QParents 24 hours after they are emailed out.
• Consent requests, including details of the excursion/camp will be sent via QParents. For excursions and camps, you must make payment and give consent before your child will be added to the participant list. Consent can only be given via QParents, so if you are not yet registered please contact the office.
• Consent is no longer required for incursions (school-based activities). Once you have paid your invoice your child will be included on the participants list. Information will be provided about the incursion via QParents through the new announcements function.
• Once all activities for the term have been invoiced, you will receive a statement via email (please hold all enquiries until you receive the statement)

TERM 4 ACTIVITIES

It is critical that payments are made and consent granted via QParents by the due date, which is a week earlier than the event itself.  The school needs this time to finalise arrangements for buses, venues, etc and ensure that teachers are provided with accurate lists of participating students.  Requests for late payments cannot be accommodated, so please make sure that you have responded by the due date.

We have a number of payment arrangements available which can help make payments more manageable.  We have many families currently taking advantage of these arrangements.  If you would like further information, please contact the Business Manager.
