JUNIOR & INTERMEDIATE SPORTS DAYS 2025

Students had been building up to the Sports Days with plenty of athletics practice throughout the term. Both Junior and Intermediate Carnivals went off without a hitch. Students were very excited and gave their best effort in every event. The enthusiastic cheering of teammates resounded across the oval as students participated in sprints, relays, long jump, high jump and various tabloid games. During the Intermediate Sports Day, Tug of War is always a popular one and students truly gave it their all. It was encouraging to see good sportsmanship and teamwork throughout the day.

A big shout out to the amazing volunteers of the P&C who gave up their valuable time to run the sausage sizzle and bake sale and organise the coffee van. We are always grateful to the generosity of YMCA who donated food and drinks. Thank you to the Physical Education Department for their smooth planning of both carnivals and to all staff involved who gave it their all.

The days wouldn’t be possible without the tireless efforts of our superhero groundsman. Thank you, Mario & Luigi, for all your efforts in set-up, pack down and the running of the day.

Beerwon took home the trophy for the Junior Carnival & Goonawarra snapped up first place for the Intermediate Carnival.

Till next year…
